On September 25th, 26th, and 27th, Grillmarkaðurinn is proud to welcome Antica Bottega del Vino from Verona for a special three-day pop-up. Founded in the 1500s, Bottega del Vino is one of Italy’s most historic restaurants, famous for its traditional cooking and world-class wine cellar.
Leading the kitchen will be Guest Chef Giulio Debeni, the young and talented Head Chef of Bottega del Vino. With a strong foundation in Italian tradition and a fresh perspective shaped by his years in Verona, Giulio brings both skill and creativity to the table. For this event, he has created a five-course menu that reflects his approach to Italian cooking today.
To complete the experience, Chiara from Zenato Winery will guide guests through a curated wine pairing from Zenato’s celebrated range.
Founded in 1960 on the shores of Lake Garda, Zenato is one of the Veneto region’s most respected family wineries, known especially for its Amarone della Valpolicella and elegant Lugana whites. Their wines are deeply tied to the land and traditions of the region, making them a perfect match for this menu.
